Horses

Picture
Remington (Remi)
2001 (approx) Belgian Cross Gelding
Remi was a rescue from a kill pen in TN. We believe that he was an Amish work horse. Once he warmed up to us here, he has been such a sweet boy and an excellent addition to our programs.
Picture
Pumpkin
1998 Norwegian Fjord Horse Mare
She is our super star pony, serving in all areas of our programs.  She is a farm favorite for her willingness, versatility, and she is super cute to boot!
Picture
Crush
2013 Haflinger Gelding
Very handsome and quickly becoming a favorite at the farm, Crush is semi-new to the program coming to us in Spring 2025. He is well trained with a variety of activities in his past, but he is adjusting to his new life and loving the attention.
Picture
Bosley
2001 Standardbred Gelding
Bosley is a rescue that was raced in his younger years, sold to the Amish, before ending up in a kill pen.  He prefers trail rides to the arena and currently helps with the mental health program.
Picture
Lulu
2020 Donkey Jenny
Lulu is a larger than life, in your face, funny, charismatic personality with which almost everyone falls in love.  She contributes to the mental health program quite often.
Picture
Phoebe
2013 Norwegian Fjord Horse Mare
Phoebe came to us from a therapeutic riding program in Canada and is adjusting to our program here. She is super friendly and does well with the various programs here.
Picture
Gallagher
2007 Appaloosa/Quarter Horse Gelding
Gallagher was donated to our program and is a big sweetheart who has been a great teacher in our lesson program. He was recently retired from riding, but he still participates in our mental health programs.

Sassy (black mare) & Happy (white gelding)
2010 Miniature Horses
This dynamic duo came to us together and are the best of friends.  They help in the mental health program and participate in ground activities.
